1. the packs contain the same sized label/keytag. the picture on the pack acts as a suggestion of how to use the label/keytag.
2. a label is valid for use on one item only and is not transferable.
3. labels and keytags are valid for one full year from the date of registration (activation date)
4. an admin fee (currently five pounds) may be charged to the keeper for any recovered items.
5. any shipping charges are to be paid by the keeper.
6. it is responsibility of keeper to inform us of any change of contact details.
7. freephone number available 24hrs a day and for use only for finders reporting an item that has been found. All other phone numbers open Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3pm excluding holidays.
8. loseitback or any employees will not be held responsible for any loss/damage whilst item is in transit.
9. we will not provide any cover for any period that has not been paid for in full, however we reserve the right to retain keepers details so we may help them in case they have forgot to renew, in such a case it will cost the keeper five pounds renewal fee + a penalty charge (currently twenty five pounds) to recover any found items.
10. both the finders and keepers details are kept completely confidential to the opposite party, unless we have verbal permission from either party that they are happy to have their details disclosed.
11. loseitback reserves the right to change, add, modify or remove any part of these terms and conditions. These modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the loseitback site, so please check our privacy and security policy periodically for changes.
12. loseitback makes its product available to consumers through a variety of third-party resellers. Some of these resellers may collect personal information over the course of a regular retail transaction, including the purchase of a loseitback product. loseitback cannot guarantee the privacy or security protection of any such information and disclaims any responsibility to do so.

• We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
